It is clear that all of us in the restaurant business must pull together. Just a plain old darts board and karaoke option isn't enough to attract new customers to spend a night out,

Sure a great venue with excellent customer service is a great starting point, but if that is all you have to offer there is a lot being missed out on,

New and existing customer bases must both be served. For years the range of events on offer has remained stagnant. On top of that, thanks to the newly passed alcohol law, bars can stay open even later then before. Live-music can't fill those long nights and bar activities such as bingo and karaoke just aren't enough of a differentiating force. We should all be constantly innovating since neither of us has enough leeway to lose customers. Still I'm confident there are new ways opening up right in front of us.

never will i come to a bar, play a few songs, drink a beeR and then leave. Maybe CALL BACK IN A MONTH ASKING when can i get paid again.

The point of a live-event is to serve not only the artist, but also the audience,  the venue and your workers.

What I want to do in a different way is not to take the soul out of the music. Just the opposite. Soulful and fulfilling night are born out of a good social feeling. People want to feel a bond and enjoy comradery. What I want to do is bring some much needed professionality to a line of work that so despreatly needs it.

WHAT ABOUT OUR CUSTOMERS!

We can't just forget about the party feeling that orginally made bars popular. Outside of social interaction, good quality live shows, everything found in a restarunt can be found at home. Somehow we need to make a night out something special. Everybody would much rather spend money at a restraunt when they feel they are getting more for there euros then just a beer.

The smaller the customer churn over the better the customer loyalty and "the better the restaurants finances".

Now a days most marketing efforts focus on acquiring new customers instead of utilizing the customers already at hand.

This is as a strategy much more expensive and it's not always obvious that your old customerbase will keep returning. What is there reason to stay the whole night? Nobody has the time to serve everybody. This isn't the way to expand.


Let's not lose focus

Who is behind a succsefull bar night? We all, together.

When we think about what a succsefull restraunt night requires it's not hard to see how one man, working together with the venue can help provide it all. Let's see if we have what it takes to be of service
